Job Description

Our business area Public & Commercial Places in Sweden, with 1000 employees, is one of Sweden's largest players in the construction and real estate sector. We create sustainable, building-related, technology, and design solutions for property owners, contractors, and industry. Based on our qualitative offerings and products, combined with a focus on growth, sustainability, and digitalization, we see many opportunities and a bright future ahead. 

Our projects are both fun, challenging, and varied as our clients include private actors and public institutions. With us, you will follow the projects from early stages to delivery and follow-up. We are currently working on some of the largest projects in Sweden as well as with large and small players in the real estate industry. 

Due to high demand for our services, we are now looking for one to two project managers for our HVAC group in Uddevalla, which currently consists of eight employees. In the role of project manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing assignments in their entirety, with responsibility for execution and finances. The project manager role also means that you will lead more junior employees and help train new hires.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry as a consultant
• Master's degree or bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent post-secondary education
• Solid experience in design using AutoCAD and Revit
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (travel is required in the position)

In addition, we see that you: You currently work independently with design and project management as a consultant or project manager and have established customer contacts. You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment characterized by strong growth, enjoy challenges, and have a natural ability to create long-term relationships with colleagues and clients. Problem-solving is an obvious part of your work, and you are happy to participate in technical discussions in the projects.

As a person, you are curious, responsible, and unpretentious. You appreciate varied tasks, collaborate well with others, and have the ability to drive projects forward – even when they become challenging.
